Mengubah Pengaturan Jumper drive. Sekarang adalah waktu untuk mengubah pengaturan jumper pada pin kedua drive sebelum mereka dimasukkan ke dalam casing komputer. Untuk tujuan kita, kita akan memperlakukan drive baru sebagai drive "budak". Hal ini memungkinkan Anda untuk menyalin sistem operasi Anda dan file lainnya ke drive baru menggunakan perangkat lunak MaxBlast disertakan.

Perhatikan garis merah terang di ujung dari kabel pita. Ini merupakan pin konektor pertama, pin 1, pada drive. Kabel pita harus terhubung ke pin 1 pada motherboard dan pin 1 pada drivemaster dan slave dengan cara yang sama. Pin 1 ditandai pada motherboard serta pada semua hard drive.
Jika kabel tidak terhubung dengan benar ke setiap drive dan motherboard, sistem anda akan pembatasan pada saat boot. Ini biasanya dibuktikan dengan cahaya hard disk yang terus menerus tetap pada dengan tidak ada bukti bahwa drive sedang dibaca.Kadang-kadang Anda juga akan mendapatkan pesan DOS meminta Anda untuk memasukkan boot disk.

No music here....just a thanks to all the people who have been following this blog, four years down the line and I am still finding new ideas and receiving helpful pointers from readers who are often more informed than me....so thanks to you all.
