Pumpkin Carving Contest at Wyler Aerial Tramway State Park Tram or Treat!!  The Wyler Aerial Tramway State Park in the Franklin Mountains State Park is having a pumpkin carving contest on October 25. Voting will happen for your amazing creations from noon to 2 p.m. and the winner will be announced at 3 p.m. Must register by October 10. The Battle for Couchiching Park

The Battle for Couchiching Park I produced this little video for my friends the reenactors in 2006 on Canada Day. My girlfriend Gail Reilly is now working hard for her customers at her Historical Garment Retailors business including some uniforms for the Louisbourg Anniversary of the 1758 Seige where I hope to be recording the event for my documentary By Her Roots . The Lake Simcoe Squadron are gearing up for a number of summer events including Canada Day again in Orillia, Ontario. Next year they will be at the Halifax dockyards for the 250th anniversary of the founding of the Royal Navy Dockyard in Halifax in 1759. I did not have the original source tape for this video anymore nor did i have it on one of my computers so I had to pull the files from the dvd I had made and convert them to av using Toast so I could import them into my Final Cut Express and then export back out as avi so I could upload to you tube.
