The Masters Of Deceit Hensleys Electric Jazz Band Synthetic Symphonette 1969 �The Masters Of Deceit� se origina en Indian�polis, Estados Unidos, creado y liderado por Tom Hensley, un excelente tecladista y arreglista. �l naci� en la zona y estudi� piano desde muy chico, pasando en su adolescencia por barias bandas de jazz y bluegrass, lo que le dar�a una buena formaci�n en jazz. En la universidad estudia comunicaciones, y es elegido como el mejor pianista en el �Jazz Notre Dame Intercolegial Festival�. El grupo estaba integrado por Hensley  en teclado y voces, Steve Blum en guitarra, Gary Campbell en bajo y coros,y Stan Gage en bateria. The Climax Blues Band Plays On 1969 uk outstanding blues rock with experimental mood 2013 remaster and expanded Britains Climax Blues Band didnt waste any time following up their self-titled debut in 1969 (dropping the moniker The Climax Chicago Blues Band), as they once again entered EMIs Abbey Road studios and put together Plays On, a highly adventurous and varied affair that saw plenty of new elements starting to creep into their once straight Chicago styled blues sound. The band had then slimmed down to a five-piece, consisting of Colin Cooper (vocals, sax, harmonica, bamboo whistle), Peter Haycock (guitars, vocals), Arthur Wood (keyboards), Derek Holt (bass, Mellotron), and George Newsome (drums). Right....getting on for two years ago now I included a song in the second New Zealand special (link) by a guy called Roy Rutanen . At that time I had fallen for what I now know was an incorrect rumour, believing him to have been a mysterious and enigmatic figure from New Zealand. The album in question may be described by some as loner-folk, with pastoral sounds and mild psychedelia. Its a whimsical and humorous record with some darker fuzz-filled cuts, especially "Sinful Man" and "The Trip Song". It would fit right into the late 60s San Francisco sound. I find his voice is sometimes reminiscent of Jim Morrison, and sometimes Cat Stevens. About a year and a half ago I was contacted out of the blue by a guy in Australia called Chris Hobrough. The Apple Pie Motherhood Band Discografia �tima banda formada em Boston, em 1964 e que mudou diversas vezes de forma��o at� acabar em 1970. Fez parte do chamado Bosstown Sound, movimento surgido em sua cidade natal, que incluia bandas como a Beacon Street Union, Tangerine Zoo e Ultimate Spinach. Fazendo um Hard Blues Rock com muita psicodelia, lan�ou dois �lbum de extrema qualidade, com algumas releituras do Blues e do Rock. No inicio, como uma banda de garagem chamada C. C. and the Chasers, foram a "banda da casa" do Unicorn Coffeehouse. Mudando para Nova York, alteraram o nome para Sacred Mushroon (sem liga��o com a banda de psicodelia do mesmo per � odo), se tornando novamente banda de apoio da casa Bitter End Cafe. Rainbow Band Rainbow Band 1970 ��Rainbow Band�� se form� en la primavera de 1970, en Dinamarca, como resultado de un proyecto de supergrupo formado por grandes m�sicos de dicho pa�s. El grupo fue formado por el guitarrista Peer Frost (proveniente de la banda Young Flowers), el cantante Lars Bisgaard (proveniente de Maxwells), el baterista Carsten Smedegaard (proveniente de Beefeaters), y por Bent Hesselmann, Niels Br�nsted y Bo Stief, tres musicos con formaci�n jazz que hab�an tocado en el Montmartre Jazzclub, de Copenhague. Se reunieron con la idea de hacer rock progresivo con un estilo jazz, influenciados por gente como Burnin Red Ivanhoe y Traffic, entre otros. The Norman Haines Band Den Of Iniquity 1971 Excelente banda do tecladista e cantor Norman Haines, que infelizmente deixou apenas uma pequena obra para a hist�ria do rock!   Em Birmingham, Norman forma sua primeira banda, a The Brumbeats. Ap�s o fim desta, participa da banda Locomotive, gravando alguns singles e um �timo �lbum!   Ap�s, recrutou o guitarrista Neil Clarke, o baixista Andy Hughes e o baterista Jimmy Skidmore e forma a banda Sacrifice.   Ap�s assinar contrato com a Parlaphone, gravam um single. The Nihilist Spasm Band No Record 1968 Hubo en los a�os 60s, afortunadamente, quienes salieron un poco de la moda del rock & roll, con la intenci�n de crear su propia m�sica en base a sus propias reglas. Entre ellos se encontraban bandas experimentales como Red Krayola, Cromagnon, entre otros; �The Nihilist Spasm Band� (NSB) fue otra de esas bandas descolocadas a su �poca. Este fue (y lo sigue siendo) un colectivo musical experimental, compuesto por un grupo de canadienses con intenciones extra�as.
